Beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel.

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room with a garden view, but I was disappointed by the outdated furniture and worn-out couch. The bathroom had several issues, including a leaky shower and stains on the tub. There was also a foul smell coming from the toilet, which made my stay quite uncomfortable.

The restaurant offered breathtaking views of the

city and the food was consistently delicious. Our room, though charming, had some furniture that needed updating. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I appreciated the attentive service throughout our visit.

Staying here was a delightful experience! The breathtaking views of Morelia captivated me each day. The gardens are immaculately maintained, and the restaurant serves fantastic food at reasonable prices. The staff, especially Carlos and Alejandro, were friendly and welcoming. A true gem close to town and attractions! Can't wait to return!

Had an awesome time with my friends at this beautiful place. The colourful gardens were perfect for relaxing, and the heated outdoor pool was a blast. We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions as well. Just a heads up, the restaurant serves great food at affordable prices, and the staff is always welcoming.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the cleanliness, especially in common areas. It seemed a bit lacking for the current times, which was disappointing. But thankfully, most of our experience was smooth sailing!

I had a fantastic time! The views were absolutely stunning, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had. My only downside was the shower head, which wasn't great.
